Caring for your mental health can feel confusing and heavy, especially when you’re stuck in the push-and-pull between confidence and self-doubt. You might show up in the world as your best self, yet privately battle perfectionism, harsh self-criticism or the impact of mental health. These inner contradictions can leave you drained, isolated and unsure of how to move forward. In our work together, we’ll create a space that feels steady, supportive, and free from judgment: a place where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. There’s no pressure to perform or to have everything figured out. Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are; it’s about understanding your experiences with compassion and curiosity. Relying on a client-centered approach, we follow what feels meaningful to you. I draw from a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support the goals you’d like to strive toward. I’d love to help you to build balance, soften self-judgment, and reconnect with your own inner strength. If you’re ready to explore what’s been weighing on you in a safe and collaborative space, I’m here to walk alongside you.
